I really enjoy helping people. Winning in Court is always gratifying. My first major award that I received was my Eagle Scout Award. It has inspired me to achieve more. It hangs on my office wall, along with other diplomas and recognitions, but it is the one that most people comment on. It is gratifying to work with clients and their families, helping them to determine what their specific needs are when making an Estate Plan.

I specialize in Probate and Estate Planning, Social Security and Divorce. I have represented hundreds of clients in probating various Estates when a loved one passes away. I also prepare the many legal documents for clients, including Trusts, Wills Power of Attorney, Living Wills, and Patient Advocate.

I graduated from the University of Michigan in 1973 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, With Distinction. My legal career began at Detroit College of Law (now Michigan State School of Law) where I graduated in the top 10% of my class in 1976, with a Juris Doctor Degree, Cum Laude. I also received the American Jurisprudence Book Awards for Insurance Law and Administrative Law.
